@grant21999 they have a good amateur program...and their gov. support them to the fullest...raw talent alone can't be good....1984 olympics...with pernell, taylor and holyfield.....that was the best olympic boxing team....such a shame though that in the past 2 olympics...US only have 1 gold

@brocklanders1984 yes frd ur right, i was in cuba 2 times like 3 months for training, Everything is differnt. i used train with SAvano and carriaon and cassamayor very differnt. cuban systen is very simply buy if you cath that boxing style u will becomr champion.

lol tremenda descarga a 6:30..the boxing over there is good..i trained for about six month and then left it..instead did 4 years of judo, 4 more of wrestling and the last i did was 2 years of mma which was the most intense.. still like any good cuban have to love boxing!!!

cubans are no more disciplined than any other boxing nation but they train with alot more intelligence and attention to technical detail over physical preparation

@brocklanders1984 very good point made they are very technical in there training .Most latin countrys box more aggresive its the macho ego,but cuba has always been big on movement and slick techniques.
