Nick Moran's attends Q&A at Telestar Screening at Tyneside Cinema

Over 100 people attended the exclusive preview of Nick Moran's Telstar at Tyneside Cinema.

Moran's directorial debut, the film charts the true story of Joe Meek, a troubled yet musically gifted man whose imprint on the 60's pop music scene was revolutionary. The cast includes Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey, alongside homegrown talent Con O'Neill, Pam Ferris, James Corden and Ralf Little.

The screening was followed by a special Q & A with Nick Moran hosted by Chris Phipps in which Moran charted the process of turning his stage play into a feature film as well as giving insights into working with a sensitive subject matter such as Meek.
