@Da1RiSiN1sMoKe maybe they like the look and style of jcavaliers? buying stock cars is nothing to brag about, maybe cars $200,000+ are worth bragging over but mustangs and wrx's are not, everyone and their mom has a mustang or wrx. Plus a lot of people like to do rare projects like this one and by "balanced car" i can only assume you're talking bout engine+interior(leather seats, technology, etc.) some people only care about performance not luxury

Ricers build their car up for looks, I think far and few go around looking for races. Its like kids with their Call of Duty games they go around talking about how if they went to war they would 360 no scope somebody, but in reality they couldnt even make it to inlist before they started crying.

Almost every single drag car is used for one thing, you guessed it the drag strip, not driving around town, picking up your friends, or hell even driving the kids to school. The reason to put a V8 in a "crappy car" is to make a sleeper, something people arent used to that eats you mustangs! So the mustang driver goes wtf... NOBODY looks at this video and goes OH I BET MY CAVY CAN DO THAT! dumbass.

I find it funny that when you put a V8 in a crappy car and/or it goes fast you get comments like: "People underestimate these cars."

I can put a V8 in a Yugo Zastava and brag "Yeah, Yugos are awesome cars" but that doesn't make it a good car. No, you still have a crappy unbalanced car good for barely one thing.

If you want a balanced car and brag material, buy a Mustang or a WRX.

So quit bragging that your crapalier is awesome, it's the V8 that makes this car. xD

people always talk shit about cavi's then i blow the doors off their shit just to stretch my cars legs. The up side to these cars (particularly j-body) is that they are really light weight, in fact my '89 stock weighed about as much as a civic but with way more potential. Don't under estimate these cars, i've been pissing my dad off with mine for years (at the track).

C'est sûr. J'aimerais avoir de vidéo de moi en train de courser contre lui. J'ai une integra turbo et je vais forger le moteur l'été prochain. J'espère être dans les 400hp. Ca ferait un bon souvenir (et compétition) père/fils. ;)

C'est un char de rue et de drag, mais il a fini de construire le char tard pendant l'été et il était écoeuré, donc ca va aller à l'année prochaine. Même pas un petit burn out, c'est dommage quand même lol malgrés que sans muffler, on a de la misère à s'entendre parler quand le char est sur l'idle. Les voisins n'aurais pas trop aimés :P
