All these things are true...America, through the Neocon agenda were "called to action", to go to war. It was 9/11 that created the fear and the Neocons pointed in various directions.
But there is responsibility here too. Enough Americans (many millions) were naively convinced by just a few people. The whole world warned the U.S. that it was a HUGE mistake and was ignored. That is frightening, economics, peace, and so many things can be upset by this powerful naive and easily manipulated nation.

There has been no solutions proposed except we should stay there or not stay there.
Isnt the bottom line how to get out of Iraq, and still control the oil and the area.
We didnt spend 1 trillion dollars for nothing.
I see no victory possible , so we should do a "viet-nam", that is declare victory, pack up and leave and chaulk it up to a trillion dollar error.
Oh well.

Naive? Naive? NAIVE?? How about Stupid, Stupid, STUPID!!! We teach our little children "god is great" instead of instilling in them the ability to take credit for their own successes and failures. We force them to believe in god instead of believing in themselves. Indoctrination into ANY RELIGION is child abuse and should be stopped immediately. Let an adult mind consider what religion an adult is. More educated Americans don't believe in religions or churches than do believe in them.
