On the same "level" as the core housing, why don't the aliens cut through the gap between the group of towers with a command tower and the group of 3 gun towers in a row? Seems like a U-turn there would be the shortest path to the cores, rather than heading down and to the right and doing those other two ramps then heading back to the core housing.

this is ingenious, obviously... however - what the hell is the point of all those green towers in the central area? wouldn't it make sense to at least have green lasers instead - to soften them up?
of course, I'm someone who could never reach gold medal on this level, but still... why don't u have lasers instead of the almost useless gun towers in the center ( the maze green ones)?

There should be one achievement on the 3 first map packs and 2 on the last.
You should get achievements by finishing campaign mode on map pack 1,2,3.
