  • A great song by a truly great steel guitarist. I have been a fan of Weldon for many years. And, I might add, that I have admired your steel playing, Bill Ferguson. You have a wonderful touch on the steel. A Montana steeler, Louis Armentaro at

  • @lousteeler Wow, thank you for the kind compliments. I just play what I feel. Not a super picker by any means, but I love it.

  • That man is my grandpa

  • How cool is that.

I have had several grandchildren spot their grandpa's playing in my videos.

  • Why do the videos' keep cutting in and out?

Are you using a dial up or high speed connection? You are the only one that has said anything about the music cutting out. I just watched and it was fine.

  • Dave Harley should be included....No, he's not famous in Nashville...but he could be. He's right up there with the best I've ever heard. I guess being in England is a drawback to becoming a famous steel picker.

  • Don't now how I got here, but I could click away for a moment. GREAT video.

  • Holy mother of pearl, the drummer is running away with it! Weldon starts out at a nice easy tempo and the drummer keeps speeding up. Hey, chill out, this isn't about you, it's about a great steel player. You can tell the drummer has played in clubs a bunch and is used to playing on top of the beat, and on top of that, and on top of that, and on top of that. Great guitar break by the late Bobby Caldwell. Weldon has such great hands.

  • Beautiful song and great playing by all!

  • Thanks for this GREAT GREAT post!

  • Great one, Lloyd. *****
