  • @GoldenNaturalNappy These bars will not spoil if that's what you're wondering. In this recipe, peanut butter is the only ingredient that most manufactures recommended to keep in the fridge to keep it from going stale. So you can keep them in the fridge in order to help the peanut butter stay fresh for longer.

  • @69whitetiger69 Generally, a scoop of protein powder is 30 grams in weight, in which you get about 20 - 25 grams of protein. For example, she put in four scoops and if she cuts the bar into 1/4, then she's getting one scoop of protein per bar.

  • @69whitetiger69 yeah mine came out horribly powdery, i tried adjusting the ingredients and it just didnt work out. :(
