@EpiphoneMIKE I prefer raw and a little less polished. That the sound quality on this video is bad makes comparisons difficult. But I like the Guess Who. And Neil usually sings better than this. First time I heard that Neil was less moody than the Guess Who.
Second verse makes me literally sob every time I hear it. Oh, Neil.

Sorry, but, although I'm a Neil Young fan and he wrote this, The Guess Who's version is better, more polished and moody.

All right ! Neil you got to courage to sing this and you have one of the greatest voices ever. Richie Furrays voice was good but a little too smooth.
