After having shredded a couple of oil rings and valves coming into Chicago, it was time to take the old girl home to California again. Did a quick stop in Minnesota on the way to look at an amphibian plane, but then headed south. Didn't want to cross the Rockies at their highest with the new cylinders, so went the southern route via NM where they're a little lower. Uneventful and nice day, except for all the headwinds. Stayed the night in Nebraska.
