That restaurant was actually very successful and had some of the best Italian food I had in Pennsylvania... the kitchen was cleaned very well every night the coloring on the wall is from constant heat over time...
@6eggc .. I'm sure your nothing special to look at .. at least this guy has become a very successful chef in charge of his own restaurant.
