I think he's SO CUTE! Given he has a tiny podium, his signs are to the point. The long end of his msg is:how can we determine the fate of an entire country & it's people by a media msg from someone (ie Bush) & thus w/our simple yay or nay (ie War on Iraq) that we make inbetween our workout at Equinox or dinner w/family; we make a decision that will kill thousands of mothers & daughters, fathers&sons- is this just? Dalai Lama is a peace figure, but the existence of him isn't stopping murder&rape.

No, this man isnt mentally ill. Believe it or not, this is what he does for a living. He's a vietnamese-american activist who puts up petitions for people to read and he may seem ill because of the way he says "happy, happy, happy", but that is his signature phrase. that's how he get's attention and that's how people remember him by.
