Kate Bush - Jig Of Life

This song was part 5 of "The Ninth Wave" on the "Hounds Of Love" album from 1985. The music is traditional folk tunes collected by her brother Paddy Bush. Kate wrote the lyrics for the first part of the song, while the poem in the last part was read and written by her oldest brother John Carder Bush.

Really, why is it that every good genre and each artist in it gets shut out of society? I listen to too many genres to say I don't listen to mainstream music, but when I come and listen to music like Kate Bush, Inkubus Sukkubus, Nightwish, Eluveitie, and really any foreign folk/Pagan music I can't help but hate the way the music of my generation looks.
