Fuck Chilis! I was in a Chilis one day with a friend of mine. She and I were only there and there was only four other customers there. It took 15 minutes for us to get a waiter/waitress after we were seated and HAD to ask for one! LAZY ASS PEOPLE WORK THERE! Then they finally give us the check when we were going to ask for dessert! Can you say rush the customer out? Thank God for Applebees!

Did you and your guest come in and act rude towards the host and the other people that worked there? Did you end up leaving your server at least 18%? It doesn't matter if it was Chilis, Applebees, Carrabas or Outback you would have gotten treated exactly the same. This video is dedicated to you!

The way you handle separate checks for large parties is right when you greet them ask them if it will be one big check or separate checks. I know it doesn't help if they change their minds, but if they know it will all be separate at the beginning, it can be controlled by the server rather than relying on customers to find this out.

@lookitsjoanna311 Very good questions! so irritating when people come in right before we close and want EVERYTHING and all i wanted to do was go home, but then they order a Well-done steak, and for dessert they have to order something that you have to cook and just waist even more time.
