I hadn't heard this for years until Chris Evans played it on his Radio2 breakfast show a couple of days ago. Watching the video brings back my youth. All todays schoolgirls should be doing this then we wouldn't have such a 'fat problem' in the UK.

This is fucking fantastic.....takes me back to my childhood. Girls were skipping rope, guys were skateboarding or BMXing....kids were being active instead of sitting on their asses on their Xboxes and Facebook or out causing trouble like kids these days. Bring back the 80s!!
