I am a teacher and I struggle with this also. Teenagers are volatile, and can be great one day and awful the next. I find teaching so tiring because of the constant interaction. I know what this guy is saying as I have worked with kids like this too. I am in a good school now and I meditate in the morning, get myself into the vortex and by the end of the day, I'm grumpy and have no energy. I definitely need help with this.
