Mahavilachchiya's mesh Internet project on Sirasa TV

Sirasa TV televised a news item about the mesh internet project which was officially launched on November 4, 2006 in Mahavilachchiya.

Sirasa TV won the award for the best news reporting at the State Tele Awards for the above news item it did on Mahavilachchiyas mesh internet project. Yasarath Kamalsiri was the producer of the news item. The award ceremony was held at BMICH, Colombo on March 17, 2008.
