An attempt to explain the most important parts of Incursion Vanguard Encounters in the MMORPG EVE online.

As of 2011-06-21 there has been a change to Override Transfer Arrays.
Killing the last Deltole Tegmentum makes every npc warp off. No need to shoot the Tama Cerebellum after the last deltole has spawned.
