Carol Shea Porter, answering a question at a Portsmouth, NH town hall meeting, reads a prepared statement provided for her as to why nationalizing the health care system, as provided for in HR3200, is, in fact, Constitutional. This comes days after a blunder in which she took heat for claiming the Constitution "did not cover everything." Despite pleas from the crowd, she would not discuss anything beyond her statement as read. This was no doubt a good move on her part...

HR 3200, pages 16-17, makes it illegal to sell health insurance to any new customers. This is a violation of the 10th Amendment. People have a right to earn a living. ObamaCare is unconstitutional.
