Shea Porter: Government Health Care IS Constitutional

Carol Shea Porter, answering a question at a Portsmouth, NH town hall meeting, reads a prepared statement provided for her as to why nationalizing the health care system, as provided for in HR3200, is, in fact, Constitutional. This comes days after a blunder in which she took heat for claiming the Constitution "did not cover everything." HR 3200, pages 16-17, makes it illegal to sell health insurance to any new customers. This is a violation of the 10th Amendment. People have a right to earn a living. ObamaCare is unconstitutional.
