Something I put together from a discarded documentary project. It used to be online until pulled for musical copyright issues last year. I'm putting it back up under the 'fair use' clause.
This is also a homage to an excellent martial arts videographer, Andy Helm, who passed in 2007.

@russiancrew5000 In my original post, I clearly say "I understand that is a very difficult technique, and I can't even come close to doing it". I had a legitimate question about a trend I noticed among female martial artists.
Ans which circle calls people like me "soul killers"? Are you implying that I actually killed somebody's soul because I want to know why women martial artists do more high kicks than aerials? Look into your own soul and try to understand why you're so easily offended.
