yeah so,i succeded to escape in offline,huh wasn't easy,on hawaii left side of the island to the shore,you have a highway in 2nd area,which is a parallel,just drive on one,when you see the cops coming,drive to the other track...hope it helps online too...

huh not the best for geting arrested need for speed's arrest system is better strikes and car banish ments and a annimation on a few nfs games where you get dragged out your car with blurred face getting cuffed

i have that police car to to get it you have to arrest other players 35 times its not 15 on 15 you get the police uniform and on 5 arrests you get the police stickers
