Another training video. This one unfortunately has no headset audio because the batteries on the recorder ran out early in the flight. But the sound from the engine and the maneuvers still give a pretty good idea of what slow flight and stalls look and feel like. This is a new camera angle as well, using a bracket that let's me position the camera between the two front seat head rests. Now I just need to work on framing the shot better when doing so at the hold short line after the run-up. I also brightened the glass panel so you could see some of those details.

  • When the noes drops, are you allowed to use aileron to correct the banking of the plane, or do you have to use only rudder?

  • 6:59 Music !

  • @sirspon Looked Vx to me since his nose seemed higher for the Best Angle.

  • Was was the speed for the short field take off.. Was he at Vy or Vx?

He's dropping altitude on the steep turns..

    I love the glass cockpit..

  • ahhh... the stall horn symphony in C#...Music to my ears!! :)

  • it seemed like a pretty steep climb as soon as you took off. I thought you were going to stall right above the runway for a second.

  • nice, this videos helped me out somewhat.
