I decided to make a new speedtest to alot of locations from a sweden private 100mbps fiber connection (not from a company or a serverhosting). Streight from my apartment.
100/100Mbps here costs ~90$.
1000/100Mbps here costs ~150$.

@matburit Really? Sweden has 1Gbps down and 100mbps up since begining of 2000. And now our fastest ISP are PirateISP that delivers 1Gbps in full duplex, meaning; 1Gbps in both directions.

@kklasen damn... how i'd like maybe 100mbps... with like 10 ping , but my ping is 200 , damn this country , i really hate it , i can't play on my xbox , my connection is 1/5 on tekken6...

It seems that N.Y server just can not take more than 8Mbps even at 100Mbps. So should we pay for 100Mbps for only chance to play with speedtest only? Most people don't need more then 8Mbps or 50Mbps. Most servers just throw packets bellow. Get your truly 25 mbps and be happy. I got same results at 8Mbps and start thinking about 25Mbps or 50Mbps max only at this moment. And you don't need to blame your country or ur ISP, blame servers you trying to connect ;)

@bestonu2b The only thing I have a fast connection for, is P2P and the possibility to have a server at home. For surfing the web or other stuff. 100Mbps is not necessary at all.

@alysefu7 Thanks for sharing. Sweden have gone very far with internet speeds. We have 1Gbps for homes. And I think that it is time for other countries to catch up!
