@WackyLisa Sounds like a good plan, Lisa! I bought the entire kit of oval 8's, as did a friend of mine, and we'de swap out sizes as we needed to! And I used a fair amount of tape because I found them all over the house! :) Mast cell treatment is unbelievable (be sure to start a mast cell stabilizer when you can).

Hi Lisa, Wow! You were able to help with your move?! Hats off to you! Have you tried the oval-8's or silver splints? After I used them on most every finger joint I have, things actually improved. I know someone who wore them for a year, then rarely needs them, now. Oh, Wow! You mentioned The Driscoll Theory! Swelling! Have you looked into mast cell treatment, yet? My swelling (angioedema) went WAY down. Oh, and acidosis? We take homemade baking soda capsules! Cheap and easy. It WORKS! Big Hug :)

@PrettyIll1 Hi. I tried to help with the move by staying out of the way. :) I have some Oval-8s but they're too big at he moment. I need to be re-sized and probably get the silicone sleeves to prevent them from falling off my oddly tapered fingers.
I just got a new EDS aware doc and will talk to him about Mast Cell stuff once the immediate stuff is taken care of.
I want to try the BS tablets but empty capsules weren't sold in NH. I should see if my pharmacy in FL carries them Thanks. :)
