  • Judy you do some amazing work! I've seen your site! Thank you for all the tricks and tips, it's helped me create some beautiful pieces, I've even gotten paid for some things! It's turning out to be quite a hobby, even though I'm so young.

    Thanks again!

  • Congratulations! Keep up the good work and keep watching for more new videos coming as soon as I can get them out.

  • do you slip the first stitch of the WS row each time, or was that just when joining in a new 'section' of your stitch sampler?

(absolutely love this stitch by the way, thank you!)

  • I always slip the first stitch on the row and knit (or purl) the last stitch backwards to make it tighter. Those 2 techniques make for a cleaner salvage.

Thanks for writing and happy knitting.

  • what is that long thing your making? it looks cool.

  • It's just a stitch sampler. I started with my first video and just keep adding on to it as I demonstrate the stitch for the video. It is looking interesting though.

  • I assume that you have to have cast on a specific multiple of stitches for this stitch pattern to work but I must have missed where you told us that!

  • i just love this stitch...i cant wait to try it tomorrow....if i start tonight...i wont get any sleep..lol..

    love your video's.

my only problem is i am just learning and when i make a mistake..i dont know how to fix it... like if i drop a stitch and dont see it till the nexted row...i dont know how to fix it...

thanks again. and i will keep watching

  • I know, I love to watch people work, but hope you're knitting too. Thanks for writitng.

  • It's actually a multiple of 4 plus 2. give it a try.

    Happy knitting.

  • I love this idea! Is it important to have your rows be some multiple of four? I think that's what you have. Just trying to be sure of how it's all lining up. I definitely want to try. Thanks Judy!
