Sonic Academy's tutorials are fucking shit. If you plan on creating music based on pre-made loops and pre-arranged chords, with no explanation of how things are made (or why), then by all means, Sonic Academy is for you. But for everyone else I would advise staying away. Garbage.

@SonicAcademy I watched the other tutorial you offer in regards to minimal techno, and the instructor pulled in the chords for the bass track, from a different project. And he dropped in a perc loop as well. You should help the viewers in understanding how to create the minimal-style sounds as well arranging a song from these sounds. Assume someone is creating a song from scratch. That tutorial in particular could have been a lot better. Not interested in seeing others after that one, though.

@araknidkid our other course is under an hour long and is a quick guide to getting a minimal sound. we can't show everything in a course of this length. If you need a more step by step course in creating loops and melodies then this course is of more help. The loops you hear in this course are made from the sounds of dropped keys and coins and are built from scratch.
