I saw a number written on the wall
It said for a good time call
Dialin 2-8-1-7-6-6-8
Hey baby, I can't wait
I got your number off the bathroom wall

Pick up the phone and I start to think
I get excited when it starts to ring
What will she look like, what will she say
If it's good I'll call her every day
I got your number off the bathroom wall

Got your number off the bathroom wall
And I decided it was about time I made the call

Answered the phone in a sexy voice
I got excited and I had no choice
To put another dime in the telephone
Cause my number's alone at home
I got your number off the bathroom wall

Got your number off the bathroom wall
And I decided it was about time I made the call
Yeah, I got your number off the bathroom wall
Boy am I lucky that I didn't use the other stall

Yeah, AIC and Soundgarden were legit! Still, it was very sad for me and so many females when hair-band music fell by the way side. To this day, it's acceptable to like any genre, except for glam rock/hair-bands (whatever you want to call it). This music is hated and made fun of by so many. Oh well, there's no shame in my game. I went to the shows, bought the cassettes and watched them on MTV and loved every minute of it!

Glam was fun, Grunge was a bore. Thrash metal was fun. Grunge was a bore.

It would be cool to bleach my hair like Taime's, but I heard it gets fragile...

A lot better musicians nowadays? LOL! On opposite day? The 80's had the best musicians and a strive to be on top more than any era of music 1950-2000, only jazz and classical have more talent in it's ranks. Walk down Hollywood by the Guitar Institute in '86, you'd see a stream of guys shredding that can't get in, because they couldn't "read". Give credit where credit is due.
