@palmer3977 Well if it is a female with pups then you can let it go, but if it is a male then shoot it in the head. Do you eat meat? meat don't grow on a tree. maybe you eat lettuce burger. Those animals in the stores had no life, think about that

@zaxtor I know it hurts, but that is the world, I have pain too sometimes. I have to work everyday and I have hard and stupid word but I have to do it because I need that fucking stupid money to survive. They made a robot out of me. I want a normal life in the woods where I can hunt my own food. I am a tax pet now. I will trap to the end.

@0dzz I have that often and I have still all my fingers. I use soft catch traps now, they are totally friendly, it is with rubber pads.

@0dzz mammals--hide/fur. Humans--thin layers of skin/fine hairs. To compare what a human would feel with an arm in a foot hold trap to what a mammal would feel is not even close. BTW, my lab blew out his ACL a few years back and just kept running. Their tolerance for pain is far greater than ours.

my name is Ed Bailey. I have a degree in both wildlife biology and animal science. also i am a proffesional trapper. my family of 5 depends on trapping for our livelyhood. if i didnt trap my six year old boy and 2 3 year old daughters wouldnt have a roof over their head and food on the table. so does that make it wrong? ill be straight up with everyone, traps do hurt. ive been caught on numerous occasions by accident. but i have every digit to my name still. bottom line: its a way of life

it hurts to stub your toe, bang your finger with a hammer... and lose a nail.. Ever lost a fingernail to a trap Ed?? Only stings for a minute unless of course you put your arm in a 220 magnum.lol
