Turning Up the Intensity- April 13 2010

Finally here is another updated flexing video. Thanks to a lot of inspiration and guidance from an old high school friend that I got back in touch with after 25 years who has competed in the past for the NPC, I have been training much more intensely for the past 3 weeks and have started on a strict high protein, low fat and low carb diet to help get rid of some of the body fat and hopefully get more "ripped to shreads".
