The video shows our StemDisc array aggregating mouse embryonic stem cells (We can do this with hESCs, too).

StemDisc is a honeycomb microwell array used to culture embryoid bodies. The microwells can be precisely tuned in radius, depth, and density to gain unprecedented control of embryoid body formation. Up to 1,300 EB per square centimeter are formed independently in an array of wells, enabling clinical grade high throughput screening resolved to individual EBs. Equivalently, for every 96 uniform EBs produced by conventional methods, we are able to produce ~96000.
