I have never seen a jiu-jitsu game improved by Ginastica....I have merely seen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Champions pocket money to "make videos" or "endorse" this awful method.

Andre Galvao has no record of Ginastica training until after he won the Worlds. Same applies for Xande & Saulo.

Im sure thats why Fowler won, because he doesn't to ginastica. All I know when you hear saulo mentioned usually words like legend appear shortly after. 'nuff said

Yeah and Saulo told Diego who couldn't take BJ Penn down for 4 rounds, "Diego, take him down, just explode and take him down" - Saulo got owned by my boy Mike Fowler and Fowler does NOT do ginastica.

To each their own! Saulo and Xande both incorporate this into their seminars. They also have a designated time slot just for Ginastica.
