A photo montage of civil war photos to Josh Turner's song Tears of God.

This is dedicated to all of those who died defending what they believed in, regardless of what side they fought on.

Some of these photos are from modern day reenactments put on by the 1st Arkansas Infantry and the Jefferson Guard Historical Preservation Corps

  • @southgapeachrn Thank you.. I''ll give it another try.

  • @GilmoreSpillmore

It is on the album "America Will Always Stand" released June 2004 with various artists singing on it.

  • Blue Coat or Gray, all bled red. All men and brothers. Let us not judge them, for they have been judged by History- and History bowed its head in reverence for the 650,000 Americans who died between the years of 1861 and 1865.

These men paid the ultimate price for their devotion- the forfeit of their lives. For them, their honor needs no questioningz: it will remain untarnished and pure as the angel's robes they now surely wear in the Kingdom where all soldiers sleep in peace.

  • I love this song so much!!!

  • Where can I find this song??

  • Confederate baby!!!!

  • @colgraves

That would work if the Congressmen were actually representing the people.(Ben Nelson and his Cornhusker kickback) need i say more. Its a bit far down the road for that to work now, that is what should have been happening in 1998 and up.It is now evident they are not representing the people, esp. with passage of S.1867. Our problems lie much deeper than Unions my friend. To be honest it scares the bejebees out of me, whats happening to Liberty&Freedom in this nation.

  • wow this song really gave me a ton of goosebumps lol that's... a first....

  • @nebraskapatriot01 What we need to do is to reassert the People as the real Rulers of this Nations. Now a days instead of "We the People" it's become "We the Unions" the best way to remove this problem is to tell you congressman to vote for a bill(in your respective states) that would make your state a Right To Work State. Which would eliminate the Unions Hold on the Government.

  • @Barragg actually that fought because the North banned all exports of southern goods to other country's. Thus prompting the attack on Fort Sumter because it was acting in a Blockade role(outpost for supplies). Slavery didn't become an issue till Great Britain announced that they where going to aid that south. Lincoln used slavery to keep Great Britain from fight on behalf of the south realizing they could not fight both Nations. Great Britain had abolished slavery at that time.
