golf swing

I play on my school's varsity golf team. My handicap is around 14 to 13. I'm consistently long and relatively straight (but I can shape the ball if I want to) with my irons but my drives off the tee are not good 50% of the time. I also struggle with putting, which i think is mostly caused by my aim.
driver: 280yds
3-wood: 265yds
4 iron: 250yds
5 iron: 235yds
6 iron: 210yds
7 iron: 195yds
8 iron: 170yds
9 iron: 160yds
pitching wedge: 155yds
gap wedge: 140yds
sand wedge:125yds
60 degree wedge: 100yds
My driver is the callaway FT-iQ 10.5 degree, my irons are the cobra S9's 4 iron-gap wedge, the 60 degree wedge is a cleveland club, my putter is a walter hagen blade, my sand wedge is Knight tour classic 55 degree, I have a 3 iron hybrid but I can't hit it anywhere so I don't use it. I use the callaway ix tour balls.

lol those yardages a bolox mate? you move you hips too much and you sway side to side? but i beleive your good, you rythems ok but id get some more lessons and then after more prectice you can become a great golfer

4 iron 250 yards? is that with a gale force downwind? cmon pal...if thats consistant yardage..you would be the cleanest ball striker since tiger woods!!

Ive hit a 359 yard drive before with a uphill slope from the tee, which meant it was close to 380/390 flat. my consitant drive is around 290/300. but i wouldnt rank my furthest drive on my handicap!! ive hit many shots that have had applause etc, but theyre my cleanest strikes.hit your to your own capability. theres no point to golf otherwise!

i have the same problem as you i can olny hit my driver off the tee about 50% of the time but at the driving range i can hit my driver off the ground so much better does anyone know why?...p.s. i just started golf a lil over a week ago

Find it hard to believe those yardages. Those look like yardages of a PGA player. 250 4 iron? I saw Sergia hit 250 4 iron on one of his best shots ever. You can't be hitting that consistently.
