Sorry, it looked from your "warm up" set that you were struggling with comparatively light weight. I apologize. However, I searched online, and the only places I found that said you had any curl records were webpages made by you. Could you point me to a website or video. Sorry for being disrespectful.

look up 100% raw records. and in strongest man in tampa 2000 contst at university of tampa i cheat curled 365 pounds at extreme gym for 6 reps, look at my old work out videos i curled 135 pound dumbells for 4 reps. if you really new who i was you would know. since its been known for 10 years now. i didnt compete in strict curl till after i tore my bicep friend. hence why i dont curl over 300 pounds any more. u know you put a video up and you get morons commenting on it.

these are my warm up set .. i curl 100 lb dumbells for reps like 10 reps on my website .. not to mention i have the national record for the two handed strict curl
