Good Afternoon and Morning in Takayama

I left Hakone early in the morning, went to the train station to board the Shinkansen on the way to Nagoya, and from there boarded the Hida Wide View LImited Express train for a scenic 3 hour ride towards Takayama. This city still retains some old traditional feel of Japan with its Edo style craft houses and street as seen in the Old Town area. Takayama is definitely worth a visit for 1 day.
