This home was rehabilitated from 2004 to 2006 by Curtis Construction from Carlsbad, California. Kevin Love was the Architect. This short clip was produced by Fred Kiko, the owner of the Dolph Estate during the renovation. This was used as a sales video for the auctioneers that auctioned the home in July of 2006.
This home is truly unique and will stand now for many more years.
