Okay I can handle 3 miles on the treadmill. But 5K is a whole different animal. Especially when it's on hills as steep as San Diego. This was an autism "fun run" today (Saturday). How the heck do people run marathons?
Watch out for the wipeout half way through. Or just sit and view, and you can pretend you ran it. You'll feel very accomplished- congrats.
Bohogirl1 says the leg pain/numbness might be sciatica. Thanks! You gotta love YouTube. You have a symptom and you can get a diagnosis in minutes... and I was going to edit that part out!

ChristopherMast is coming to see me this week. Hopefully he's fatter than me.
Music by Mikhalt. 8-bit Nintendo-like intro done by Slorge to MGM's original.
I gave up 5k's in favor of marathons, they hurt less...

Natts if you have no choice but run in a trendmill, try using one that lets you adjust the elevation, that you help you with the next 5k you do.
