@tellytoy It reminds you of the Wild West because of the choice of the instruments. You hear a banjo-like instrument, which most people associate with an old cowboy in mid-west America, playing all day long. It reminds you of a little part of the Wild West. The "old cowboy relaxing in a chair" kind of Wild West, not the "wait till 12 o'clock, shoot the other guy and hope for the best" kind.

I have to agree with you. This was my favorite one of all the tight songs in the game Yoshi's Island DS. Kind of reminds you of traversing and adventuring in unexplored desert lands.
