Am I the only Boss fan who's sick of hearing "the Big Man is gone." Yes he's dead, and yes, RIP, but he'll never be gone. Only the body is gone. The man, the music, the fragments of his soul he left with each and every one of us each time he wailed on that saxophone like it was going to be his last breath, are going to live on forever.
The Big Man is dead, but as long people have ears, Clarence Clemons will never be gone. And thank god, because I don't think the world could survive otherwise.
