I live in Arizona, and I am against the law. The question is, what is probable suspicion? That is where the law becomes questionable. Unless someone is coming over the border, what makes someone "suspicious" of being illegal?

@tera9with2an8e Uhhhhhh, not having ID when lawfully stopped by police for something else? Have you READ THE LAW? That would answer your question, it's very specific and weaker than existing federal immigration laws that are already on the books and not enforced.

We are a REPUBLIC, not a Democracy which are two very different things. Please make educated comments if you choose to chime in. Answer this question, if we are "loosers" why do people risk their lives to get here? Why don't hey just stay home and improve on their own countries? We are NOT here to feed, educate, clothe, medicate and house anyone that sneaks into our Country, I say DEPORT THEM ALL NOW.
