By now you should have taken your "before" picture and also your body circumference measurements. Don't put this off any longer.
Ladies: measure around your belly, hips, and thighs.
Men: at least the belly area.
If you have a specific area that you want to improve, then measure that area.
I mention the foam roller for self massage. This will help a lot with sore muscles. (More videos on this later.)
Too many wrestlers train only their sports skill or use circuit training as their primary method of conditioning.
