Honestly the Danes were proud but they had no chance. The Swedish army had the most diciplined and some of the best soldiers, the Caroleans.

I respect poles the most around the baltic region and I think it's really sad that our great nations was at war several times back in the old days, Russia was the real enemy for both of us too bad that our great kings didn't see that. About those battles, battle of Kirchholm is one really great masterpiece were the polish hussars showed what they really were like -the best cavalry at the time. But don't forget that also Poland & Russia attacked Sweden later...

This army (for those interested in strategy) capitulated in 1713 without having lost a single battle. Til syvende og sist: Magnus Stenbock didn't wanna sacrifice his men in a pointless campaign (since the betrayal of Turkey it was no use). He, himself, died in a danish prison...given no quarter I pressume :(

You people disrespect my fatherland even though during the 15th century it frequently scattered German and Austrian armies, along with Turks and their tatars. By late 16th century we became the strongest power in Europe and Swedes were then actually our allies ( Polish-Swedish union ) we were the biggest EUROPEAN country on the map ( without counting Eurasian powers) and superior economically ( Brandenburg's market depended on ours etc)and the enlightenment was spectacular

The balance between Poland and Germany is literally 7:3 for Poland ( read about all the wars since 900's all the way to 2011, and I even count WWII as German victory lol )
Between Russia it's literally 6:6 ( we have managed to win every single war until the one during Swedish deluge in 17th century )
Between Poland and Sweden it is literally 1:1 ( 2:2 depends how you count 3rd Northern War and the Polish-Swedish union rebellion)
This is history it isn't fake repsect it

@RuchPolskichKielbas No,it's fake info. The poles has somehow faked the info.Sweden never lost against Poles. How many times haven't Russian army beaten The poles? Even the Russian could easely take Poland, and dont forget the Germans who accuoied Poland.

Swedish army was indeed frequently beaten by the Poles :
Battle of Kircholm : 3600 Polish soldiers against 11k Swedish.
Battle of Klushino : 4000 Poles against 48k allied Russians AND Swedes = Decisive Polish victory.
Siege of Jasna Gora, even naval Battle of Oliva, Slaget vid Warka, Siege of Wolmar, Siege of Fellin,
Even the Swedish deluge, although succeeded AT THE BEGINNING since we were fighting Russia and Prussia at the same time we have still pyhrricly won.

Jag älskar den fräna doften av ironi. Kolla på videon i högupplösing och i fullscreen så ska det nog fungera bättre.

You should change name into Helsinki. Helsingborg is a swedish name for it.

You are problably talking about Helsingfors. Helsingborg lies in Skåne ( Scania) in southern Sweden.
