Ron Paul might be a smart man with good ideas, but he is a terrible, terrible politician. He does not do a good job of explaining his positions to ordinary Americans.

The differences between Ron Paul and John McCain are clear. Ron Paul has an intellectual fervor based on the philosophies of the founding fathers. As well as a Jeffersonian sense of the constitution to, in one sense 'chain down' our leaders. John Mccain has a campaign almost entirely on emotionalism only. As Paul pointed out, "He doesn't even know the difference between non intervention and isolationism."
