I have to agree with you on colors fitting in with the franchise.

Who says it has to be last names. Cyan could be a first name. Mr. Black is common but predictable. I think the color fits in quite nicely the franchise. Remember Specter leaders were numbers. Quantum's is color (fitting if you think about it.) White is mysterious like a blank canvass, invisible. Greene appealed to greed (oil and power).

I can actually see where people could get mixed up. I mean, it's a conspiracy setting with men with names like "Mr. White". So, if you didn't notice the sign on the wall for Greene's party, one might think that the name of a color was a conspiratorial association. But whatever. It's not like it matters.
