Only in Europe, where it's known as "Agarest - Generations of War." Also, I think in Japan, under the name "Agarest Senki." The North American "Record of Agarest War" (which is specifically the one referred to, if you read the video title) is onlt for PSN download or 360 disc. No PS3 disc.
