mp4 to avi tutorial

This is a tutorial on converting .mp4 to .avi. I'm useing a free program called MPEG Streamclip and is will also convert ather formats such as MOV, WMV, FLV 3GP, ASF or MKV.

My mp4 vid doesn't convert to avi!!!

I keep on getting that 'Error: Invalid Frame Rate'

The vid is 640x352, with 16:9 ratio..

Please help!!!!

Whenever I try to open an avi file to covert it to mp4, I just get a blank white screen and it only converts the audio. Help? :(
