Scorsese pays tribute to Armani

It's unsurprising that Giorgio Armani expects perfection. So when it came to the question of who could present him with his Designer Of The Year award, GQ knew that we had to pull out all the stops. Enter stage left: Martin Scorsese, arguably the finest director working in film today. "Marty", as Giorgio calls him, was full of his praise for his old friend, recalling the seismic impact of Paul Schrader's American Gigolo on the world of menswear and how creating Made In Milan was the happiest time of his life.
