Lazy fat bastard can't be bothered to attach the tow rope to the chassis and would rather rip the roof rack off!!!
-
Did that car run after that little mis hap? Over here in Australia if that happens then the owner of the disovery will have sold it for 1000 dollars or less.
-
brilliant footage

damn man he should have got wet and secured that strap to a proper recovery point, just think what would have happened if the roof rack would have came loose with him sitting in front of it. rather cold and wet then dead.

That was an awesome video frank!
Although I was cringing like mad in parts of it. Are these people mental? On two seperate occasions I saw someone towing in reverse, its the weakest gear! It dosent take much to rip all the teeth off the reverse gear.
Land rover torture.

HI TOM, GOOD TO HEAR FROM YA!!
just another Sunday at the Flappits, all good fun, this is more evidence that Discoverys are getting more and more cheaper to buy, they get totally abused to the piont of destruction, they must make THE best vehicle at the moment to hammer off-road, i know people watch these vids in other countrys in total disbelief, so Tom, now might be a good time to get yourself a Disco, and come and show us how it's done! what ya think?

In the USA - only rich people can afford Land Rovers - we never see them anywhere near dirt or mud let alone up to the windows in water.

It's a different situation here in the U.K. because of high fuel costs, and quite severe corrosion on older Disco's and Rangie's, they can be picked up cheaply, this means people are more prepared to do this kinda thing to them!
typical prices for a 10-15 year old Disco's: £4oo-£1200, RUST is a real killer on these babys!
