  • Check your form on both the pushups and the pullups. You're dipping your head down which is preventing you from getting low on the pushups and you're not going nearly far enough down on the pullups (chinups). Form matters a lot in P90X and bad form compounds when you do it for all of the exercises. Keep pressing play, but use the pause button if you need to recover to you can do all of the reps with good form.

  • Thanks for the advice. It's easier to see on the video. I was pretty "bonked" when I had my wife record these after my workout.

  • Good stuff man, but I agree with the other guy you're only going down halfway on those pushups and pullups. You're also swinging your legs on the pullups. Try and stay straight and straighten your arms fully on way down

  • haha thats so cool i've been doing p90x for 1 month now i have got great results haha crazt thing is im only 14 doing it ! :-p
