@MeekTheBrownRapper i'm no sure, it wasnt recorded at my studio. but i THINK i remember him saying he used a baby bottle blue mike. thoes mikes are pretty good.

can u show how much compression ur using on the lead vocal and do u put the reverb an delay on busses or directly on the vocals

@PrettyBoyWebb i dont have the session anymore so i couldnt tell you exact compression settings.

but as for the reverb, its always best to use them as a SEND and mix them in with the vocals. never directly on the vocal track.

that johnny julliano instrumental seems like its clipping on the wav file looks like there was too much compression used in the hook but how come it sound cyrstal clear and doesnt sound like its clipping ?

Thanks for sharing your techniques - I never knew you could so quickly edit the automation. I've been putting in individual nodes and pulling stuff around. Will definitely be checking out all your videos from now on. RJ
