@alexdlpjr Power teaching isn't set up...trust me. It may look set up, but it's authentic. It looks staged because the teacher spends days training the kids to behave according to the desired norms.

Nice video! I just started teaching First Grade and this is really helpful and REAL!
The class is really into learning this way. I like the giant apple and will have to use this in my own class!

was this observation for a college course requirement? Cuz I had to do 5 observations for a class of mine and I also took video of them, but I wanted to know how to do them and looked for some here in Youtube, but they are very limited. Yours is one of the best ones, cuz its really real, not set up like "power teaching".
